  • Do you (Consign Home) buy things?
  • No, we don't. Everything is under consignment.
  • What is the process of consignment?
  • Call or email us first. If we are interested in taking your items, we will book an appointment for you, and then sign a contract when you drop your items off. It is simple and straightforward.
  • Do you go to someone's house and check what they have?
  • No, we don't.
  • What type of things that you DO NOT accept?
  • We do not accept clothes, shoes, back bags, stuffed animals, televisions, consumable items (such as perfume or cosmetic), computer, exercise, sport equipments, bedding (mattress, box spring, head/foot board, and bed frame), baby items (we DO ACCEPT high chairs, play pan, gates and strollers – in great condition with instruction with it only).
  • Will I get a list of my items?
  • No, so list will be given for consigned items. Please make one prior to drop off.

  • Am I able to leave my stuff longer when the contract ends?
  • It depends. We only extend 1 month for large furniture. Extensions are allowed by mutual agreement, in writing.
  • Do you do return or exchange?
  • No, but we do have 3-day return on electronic items, which is not possible to test in the store. If they are not working, we will give your money back.
  • Do you accept American Express?
  • No, we do not accept American Express, Master Card and Cheque.
  • Can I put things on hold? (Really like it but…)Or can I come back later to pick up my purchase?
  • Yes. We can put things on hold for 1 day without deposit. We can also put things on hold for 7 days with deposit (Deposit is not refundable). Items that have been purchased can be picked up in a week.
  • Do you have pick-up or deliver service?
  • No, we don't.
